We recognized that many agents—whether retired, part-time, relocating, pursuing another career, or simply stepping away from active sales—still have valuable relationships and opportunities to earn income through referrals. That's why we created a brokerage focused exclusively on referrals, providing a straightforward, low-cost solution that allows agents to remain licensed, connected to the industry, and rewarded for the relationships they've built over the years.

Golden Link Realty was founded by Michael Cella and Genevieve Clews, two real estate professionals who share a passion for creating innovative solutions that put agents first.

Michael Cella is a luxury real estate professional known for his strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach. Originally from Connecticut, Michael built a successful real estate career in Sarasota, Florida, quickly establishing himself as a top-producing agent. His experience working with buyers, sellers, and investors gave him firsthand insight into the challenges agents face and inspired the creation of a brokerage model that offers greater flexibility and lower overhead.

Genevieve Clews, Broker and co-founder, is passionate about helping real estate professionals find flexible and affordable ways to remain connected to the industry. Originally from Solihull, England, she spent many years traveling to Florida before making Sarasota her permanent home. With a strong understanding of brokerage operations and agent support, Genevieve plays a key role in ensuring Golden Link Realty provides a seamless experience for its agents. Her commitment to professionalism, transparency, and building lasting relationships has helped shape the company into a brokerage focused on creating opportunities while keeping things simple and cost-effective for its members.​
